They'll be perfect for moving and turning smaller pieces of food to brown evenly, to note one example. Skeptical? Go to YouTube and look for the video "The Chef Tool I Thought I Would NEVER BUY" by Alex. I read one person's feedback somewhere in which she was concerned about the sticker warning of chemical exposure to DEHP. That's for the plastic sleeve, not the stainless steel. California standard, it's even on Moleskine notebooks. Anyway, good item. 👍

I told them that if I did not receive it in a timely manner, I would give them a NEGATIVE feedback. This is only the second time in decades that I have given such a rating.
