The St. Joseph figure was well wrapped in multiple layers of bubble wrap and arrived at my door in absolutely pristine condition, exactly as described and pictured. Well worth the price to replace the broken piece from the creche my mother gave me 24 years ago. Very grateful to have found a replacement! Thank you so much!

    The glasses were beautiful and they shipped and arrived in a timely manner. Unfortunately 2 of the 5 (packed on the bottom) were shattered, leaving me with just 3, when I was hoping for a set of 4. One broken glass and I would not even have mentioned it. Seller asked me to make a claim for insurance. A refund for the 2 glasses would have been about $8... a much better solution in my opinion. $8 is hardly worth the hassle of an insurance claim with the USPS.
