I explained to them before I bought the repair service that the chip on the board was burned. I told them it wasn't a capacitor or resister. I asked if they are able to replace the chips on the board. I was worried they wouldn't be able to find the chip/processor or that maybe there was programming on it that couldn't be replaced. They said as long as the board itself isn't burned that can fix them. The technician hasn’looked at it, and they are short of technicians. I called one time and she said it’s on the bench now. I finally received my unit and it still doesn’t work. They give you a guarantee but do you think am going to shipped my unit back, absolutely no. I might not get it back. The ECM does not control the airbags and the VIN was already correct in the module. Your car doesn't work because you are misdiagnosing the issue. We had your part for 7 business days, we quoted you 7-10 business days before you even sent the part in. The rest of the time the part was in transit with shipping companies. We cant do anything about shipping times.
