I learned that it does work with the component cable on the digital display output with Wind Waker. If you use progressive scanning it forces the GBA game to 16:9 and doesn’t look right. If you use interlaced it sets it to 4:3 and looks correct. Very happy with my purchase. Arrived in perfect condition. Product is a good value too.

The only thing is that the screen comes out very light/bleached. You can compare the top left screen to the other three that are using the actual gameboy player disk. It’s worth it if you want to bypass the cost of the disk. Just know that the coloring of your game will be lighter than how it would’ve originally been. Could affect shiny hunters on Pokémon gen 3 games. Good product
