When the box was delivered it had a couple of holes in it which as I discovered not only had one piece missing, 2 or 3 of the pieces of lumber were damaged. I reported this to the customer service who seemed shocked that something was damaged. I sent pictures of the damaged wood and asked for a replacement which never came.
