On the 21st I began reaching out and have yet to hear back. Terrible customer service. Terrible communication. I have not received one update. The tracking information is useless and has not changed since it supposedly “shipped” on March 10th. USPS does not even have info in the system yet. I need this in the next few days and have NO resolution.

Wasn’t gonna leave a negative review once they said they’d replace but I’ve been ghosted so I guess I’ll take the L don’t recommend buying from here wrong products horrible price quality and false advertising on the grading company
