    Seller mistakenly posted ad for too low a price. So he refunded the money, but reason he gave ("issue with buyer address") is incorrect. Nothing wrong with my address, seller just made error in posting and had to cancel but gave wrong reason for this.

    After numerous calls to Ebay they would not admit it was a "Glitch in their system", that made the listing $3 instead of $188....Which you agreed was an obvious error in the listing. After a few messages back and forth, in which we discussed a solution you said you would not request to cancel the transaction, I called Ebay. Ebay suggested I use the address issue to cancel the sale.
