Tried to contact via eBay for weeks with NO RESPONSE, made it impossible to get a return shipping label. Long story short, the printhead didn't work and they didn't provide any support. They got the item back signed for it...yet they still never acknowledged it was returned. Had to go through support to get a refund...Sadly, I guess I won't be doing business with this seller. Ebay staff savedtheday!

The cartridges were not delivered in cardboard box, as pictured in the listing. Instead, the cartridges leaked black ink inside a soft pouch and all over my hand. I hope that when it's time to use these cartridges, that there will still be enough ink left to actually get some use from them.
