A great product for about the 3rd of the price of the original
I bought this set of batteries for my dewalt driver and drill. What they wanted for a set of new batteries from dewalt, for just a bit more, I could buy a whole new set! So far I have owned these batteries for a couple of weeks, and put them through the paces. I will say they seem to work just as good as the original, and they do hold a charge for quite a while. The only con I have is they are a bit tight in the charger, but I think it's because these batteries have an extra metal clip on one of the posts where my original do not. Might be that the original are last digits of the model number is 98 where these are market for 96. All I can say is "Thank you" for a great product for about the 3rd of the price of the original!I bought this set of batteries for my dewalt driver and drill. The battery charges up ok and will run your power tool but it's hard to seat onto the charger and it's really hard to dislodge from the charger. In fact I have to turn the tool upside down, hold a battery release in each hand and shake it off. The seller bends over backwards to help, in fact they sent me another battery at no cost and let me keep the first. So I have 2 batteries that will work but not a factory fit.The battery charges up ok and will run your power tool but it's hard to seat onto the charger and it's really hard to dislodge from the charger. These batteries do not have voltage needed to run 18-V drills, angle grinders & other 18-V power tools. When heavy force is applied when drilling, the begins to stall and does not have the power to turn the drill, same problem when using the angle grinder. These batteries Do Not hold a charge as long as the Dewalt batteries, I have run them completely out of power & recharged over night and they still want hold a charge as long as the Dewalt batteries. Bought one and then bought another , move over Dewalt
I have bought this battery pack in aug. of 2019 ,, only one at a time is my way of thinking . it is now sept. and I have used this item for two months . I have found that it holds up evenly with the dewalt battery I have on hand . I have just today ordered another one . I really didn't think to much of it to start with but it seems that the longer you use it the better it gets , and yes I did charge it fully before using it to start with . I run it till it is bone dead and charge it back up , it last as long as the Dewalt . the only thing happened was that I did drop my drill off the step ladder and it did break the ears off the battery that holds it on the drill , BUT I took my dead unusable dewalt battery and replaced the bottom black half of the battery and it fit to a tee , screws and ...
