The shipping was a little steep, especially when factoring in that it shipped in a plastic bag in a cardboard postal envelope. However, I must admit that it arrived without damage or incident. Required machine screws didn't match the bracket I was replacing. FWIW, the pattern for the bottom two seems to be an M6 x 1.0, whereas the top (where it attaches to the headrest) seems to be 3/8"-16. I was suspicious of the mix of metric and imperial. YMMV.
