The condition of the item was fair. It works as designed, but it came with the cords very tightly wrapped (a poor practice for cord storage as this damages the wires) and with very old, sticky duct tape residue that had to be removed. Overall I am satisfied with my purchase.

When I sent the damage. One back my refund was put back in my account immediately both of the items were packaged very well.
