After being assured of this, I went ahead and bought three. They are nicely made, and they do fit the magazines, but they do not seat into the gun with the factory magwell installed. I don’t know if I will keep them or not. The price is right and they seem well-made. But I can’t use them with my gun without removing the mag well. I will say that I don’t think I was purposely misinformed.
