There’s just a hole in the brush head where the soap is supposed to come out. The brush is designed to hang from the handle with the brush head down so then the soap just runs right out of the brush. If it doesn’t run out of the hole and the brush head, then the rubber cap where you fill the soap pops off easily. It functions as a back scrubber and that’s all.
