They show plastic wrapping around the charger & cable as to insinuate new but what I received had no wrapping & showed signs of use. The cable on the advertised picture clearly shows the Bose logo on it but the one I got had nothing, it was not original. Reached out to seller 3 days ago, I'm still waiting foresponse.

Plus the box was all beat up and scratched in the corners were worn. I thought the item had a latch for the cover but it didn't. I tried contacting the seller about the issues but I got never got any responses. I would not buy from the seller again and I implore others not to either.
