    Item was new. Priced right and shipped fast. Problem was the weight does not fit the club it was listed for. I looked over their weights listed and it appears many will not fit as advertised. I messaged seller, no response. Attached pic shows the weight I purchased on the right. The weight it was supposed to replace on the left. I will be returning even thought I have to pay return shipping.

    Easy to understand and simple to use. Do yourself a favor and buy one.

    Very easy to set up and use. It took 45 minutes from the time I got it home until I was printing documents and photo's. I use the ethernet for my iMac and wireless for my iPhone printing. I have printed around 30 color 8x10 photo's onto plain paper and the ink levels are still at the full mark. The ink does not seem to bleed when a few drop of water hit the photo to document. The value of the ink savings makes the printer "free of charge". No more monthly trips to get ink cartridges. I wish I would have bought this sooner!

    Light weight but does everything as advertised, ask me in two years.

    The unit is much smaller and lighter (flimsier) that the Xerox it replaces. The selling point is the printer ink arrangement. There are $100 printers for which you pay nearly that much every time you change cartridges. For this one, they get you up front. It seems similar in quality to the Canon TR8520 for which I paid about $100, but it is much too soon to tell how either will hold up. So far it does everything as advertised. No complaints - yet. The ink tank approach is clearly the way to go as compared with cartridges if you do much color printing. I have only used it hard wired to the computer so I can't comment on the wi fi connection potential.

    Tedious setup is worth it in the end

    Setup is lengthy for those of us used to devices taking care of everything. The printer touch screen is used during setup and it's smaller than I'd like so bigger fingers can inadvertently select the wrong choice. It's easier to use the printer driver to do most of the setup. Once that's done wifi printing from any connected device is easy and the print quality is good. And knowing that there's enough ink to print thousands of pages is great.

    Epson printers are great!

    I had an Epson Workforce printer previously and loved it. The only reason we changed was to get the economy of the Ecotank printing without the cartridges. It was easy to set up. Only complaint is the tiny touchscreen. I have big fingers.

    Economy size! No too small and not too big to add to your home office or business.

    This printer so far is the best out there on the market. Fill the ink tanks up and it will print hundreds of pages. A great find and I would recommend it to everyone!
