The seller did respond to my messages, which I loved.The other complaint is that the bars bent after the first day of using it, and i only weigh 104 pounds and ny daughter weighs 47 pounds....so I may need to replace it way sooner than expected, which really sucks. It's very heavy so u cannot carry it in that bag, lol...but overall I am satisfied for the price!

Both are plastic without fiberglass bonding. The end pieces came boxed and bubble wrapped, firm, fiberglass reinforced needing a fair amount sanding, filling and priming to prep for painting. meets expectations for the price
