Seller was responsive and sent a replacement, couldn’t use the chair until it arrived. The chair is comfortable and meets my needs.

The item arrived in the original factory packaging that Dayton (a Grainger company) uses and although the factory attempts to pack the item well, with nylon zip ties and solid foam block protection, the cardboard box is simply not rugged enough to ship this kind of heavy item IMHO.
