    When I get the isopods from other seller they arrive alive and well care of this seller didn’t help me at all and i lost 😡 all my money i dont get why some people care about what they sell and how arrive but this seller didn’t care at all they where all dea now i lost lots of money dont buy from this seller there is others that do care how they send it and when they send it and arrive in alive and happy

    I am very sorry to hear that they didn't make it. We take the utmost care of our pods and try our best to ensure they are properly packaged for shipping. Your pods were delivered on the 10th but you didn't reach out until a week later. Our policy is notification and a picture within an 2 hours of delivery, both of which you did not do. I am pretty lenient depending on the circumstances, however a notification a week later with little explanation is tough to justify.
