Admittedly I stretched it and I'm making it work, but I'm sure not as intended. Although water beads off it when it rains, some does wick through. It seems to be well made for the price. But the curior ( I'll not say which) dropped the ball, I assume. It took two weeks to get from New Jersey to Kansas. Which caused me to lose money.The product was material for a job I was working on. Needless to say I was unhappy.
