    The product is as described and does work. Unfortunately, the pins in my watch strap are very tightly fitted and would not come out easily. As the watch is quite expensive, I didn't want to start pulling the pins out with pliers and risk bending the pins when trying to put them back in again.

    Very fiddly and tricky at the beginning as my watch pins weren’t really suitable for this device as the pin pushers on this aren’t long enough or strong enough. So had to use my own tool to add onto this device to make it work. Otherwise okay for cheap watches thank you! ⌚️
