Be aware that (unlike most transceivers) there is no screen to show the usual status issues; e.g. volume, channel, etc. But, status is reported verbally when the units are powered on, so not a problem. The lack of a "roger" tone makes these the only option for an Orthodox synagogue, where electronic devices, not to mention loud "roger" tones, are not permitted on Shabbot.

Two of the batteries for the radios seem to have completely died when received package but was able to contact the seller and they were able to make it right by sending out some replacments. Have no problem recommending this seller and their products because of their great customer service.
