I like that the package has a "tear here to open top which seals after each use." The whole ground flaxseed meal is a perfect way to consume and digest one of nature's superfoods-flaxseed. I add 1 Tbsp of whole ground flaxseed meal to my coconut yogurt every morning. When I have blueberries I also add them. It increases my fiber intake and makes a good and healthy breakfast choice.
