    Arrived on time, cute little bowl. The price was negociable, and I like this a lot when I buy on eBay. The UPS store lost the item, I panicked and asked for refund and I had to personally check. Too bad I had to cross the border twice. I believe it is the vendor responsability to check the tracking if the buyer did not get the item, as they handle the shipping and delivery, they might have insurance if the item is lost not the buyer. All was good in the end. It happens, I guess.
