Getting stranded on a remote, empty world to serve as a spy and sneak-thief for Optimus Primal wasn't high on the list of priorities for Rattrap. Smart, sneaky and sarcastic, Rattrap often rubs other Maximals the wrong way. He's never been too keen on lobbing artillery around like the others; a stand-up fight just isn't his thing. Give him the chance to bust into a Predacon base and snatch some juicy data though, and that's when he really shines.

    Small and easy to transform

    It came with all the pieces and it's incredibly simple to transform from rat to robot and back. The two pieces of the gun were included and Rattrap is one of my favorite Beast Wars characters. He's a spy and saboteur in one!

    QT Optimus Prime

    The Q-Transformers line, as a whole, offers a bunch of popular Transformers figures in a cute "super-deformed" look both in their robot modes and car mode. This GT version of Optimus Prime is no exception, being absolutely adorable in robot mode and offering a nice car mode to go along with it. Fans of Transformers will find very little to complain about with this figure. The two downsides to the line are that, as imports, they tend to be a little expensive for what you get. The other is that most of the figures have similar, if not identical, transformations. Once you have Prime, you've got the same style of figure as much of the rest of the line. If you want your figures to be more unique, QT probably isn't the line for you.

    Bring back childhood memories

    This brings back memories when I first had it when I was younger. It's even greater now since I have better acknowledgment and appreciations for the figure of its age. Love everything about it except that there's no way you can preserve chrome red paint without it flaking off. Also the hinges for the tail seems slightly loose, it tends to go down after a certain time sticking up. But besides those two things, it's an awesome figure to have.
