The shell does close cleanly, unlike what some have said. Bonus items were put with it, like a charger and game :D Even though used elements were used, the entire thing is like New!!! I would definitely recommend this seller to all!! :)

Contacted the seller, however he stated that they use third party cases therefore he can not do anything. The part he miss is quality control before shipping an item and proper solution in case something like this happens. Therefor I dont recommend this seller and this item.
