She said she would send original tags/packaging. I canceled return but never got anything and then googled image and it was from another persons listing that was new with tags. My trust in thinking she would follow through was misplaced. She said she would send 12/26 its 1/14. Charged $120 for shipping. Thought I was paying for appropriate packaging/shipping. Mailperson, who I met at door, told me she marked package "damaged" in their system because it was so obvious. Seller is claiming pictures do not show damage and that an "all metal" machine can not break.
