    Absolutely no effort put in the packaging. Box was too small, zero padding protection, small pieces rattling around in box once delivered. I do not believe the item was broken in anyway before shipping however, due to poor packaging, there we're minor damages. Contacted shipper about this immediately once received in the mail, no communication whatsoever received back. Very disappointed.

    It may well be my own fault for not zooming in on the pics to see the large amount of pilling I was disappointed to see when this arrived. Clearly it was marked as used, as appropriate. I do though wish there had been a note in the description referencing the pilling: I wasn't able to see that from the pics when I purchased it. If there had been a note re. extensive pilling, I would have then zoomed in closer to see and wouldn't have purchased. So I can't call this either positive or negative
