Used servers have scratches from sliding in and out of racks and from removing cover for service. We still provided a generous $75 courtesy refund for cosmetic scratches. Used units are discounted but obviously arent new ... priced as such.

I ordered a gt 730, it's my first gpu and I had asked how and where to get the driver updates and the seller was quick to help and point me in the right direction. My order arrived 2days early in awesome packaging absolutely no wiggle room in the box at all! (Mailman could have stomped the box and I think the gpu would have survived!) The gt 730 itself arrived in flawless condition. I have installed it and the drivers and everything is working great! I'd buy from em again
