The box was torn open and only a couple items was inside. Several components to the locker where missing. FedEx kept possession of the item and is returning it to the company. I contacted the seller and received a full refund which is why my feedback is Neutral and not Negative. Professional packaging could have easily prevented this issue. Kudos for the hassle free Refund.
