    Seller was rude. Seller insinuated that I don’t know what I’m talking about so should just leave positive feedback. Seller wants to bully me into leaving better feedback than the buying experience deserves. Claims my scale and weights are wrong. It’s a scale for aviation use and has been calibrated properly by professionals. The size of the item is wrong. They just want to argue and insult. Horrible customer service. I’ve had enough and have blocked them and their harassing messages.

    The buyer weights the gemstone in a weight scale with calibration of Max 1000 grams and minimum 0.1 grams which cleary means the weight scale has 0.50 carats calibration and it is obvious you will get half the weight in such scale, and after that buyer asks for Partial refund or claims falsely to return the stone which we accepted because we have NOT written anything wrong in our title and description. Such buyers should be REPORTED to ebay. As we sellers work really hard with honestly.
