I was missing some key pieces on 2 chairs but I contacted the sellers and they got them to me fairly quick. I like that there is a gap between the seat and back so water won't hang out. I'm in a humid climate so the mesh seats are easier to keep clean than my cushioned chairs. I needed something that can accommodate heavier guests and these fit the bill.

Total painintheass to build, packaging took 45 minutes to completely disassemble and discard, lots and lots of trash. Build took 3-4 hours, for one person. Had to place hardware in containers to separate and packaging was sticky, so another pain. Very difficult for a one person build, total regret.
