    The box quality was decent, everything inside was sealed, but it was missing the instruction booklet. After contacting the seller they offered to deduct some of the cost, but I wanted the booklet. They then accepted the return. Overall the appearance of the product was exactly as described. Communication and customer service was good. Just wish it had the instruction booklet.
