    I received a hide, but it was NOT the one pictured, NOT the same coloring ( missing black dorsal colors), and had patches on both hips where it was shaved. I could not use it. I contacted them and was offered a partial refund, but I just wanted to return or exchange for one like what I needed. They then ghosted me . I gave several polite reminders to ask for help to resolve with no further communication back from them
