He advise me I purchase the wrong one but no answer if he would exchange it. Be advise the skin doesn’t cover the top half of the controller. Once the skin is applied or peeled off the backing, it is not returnable. Our return conditions clearly state it has to be in its original condition. As far as the controller, they received exactly what is pictured in the ebay photo. We have other skins available that cover the whole controller.
