    Good sound, but connectivity issues with the left earbud. I've reset the bud multiple times, I'm still having the same issue. A factory reset was done also... I've done what B&O recommended, no change, still left bud drop-off. (HELP is appreciated). Thank you! It plays well off the charger and it will plays for about hour, or and stop playing. I've placed the left bud back on the charger, it will play for 30mins and stop. Bluetooth connections to both buds, I've unpaired devices. It doesn't help the issue.

    Had to return

    The left piece has some noise especially when on a call. They do not pair automatically with different devices. Can be connected the the sound still is coming out of the device speaker. Disappointing
