The packaging was slightly unusual but amongst the most effective I have encountered: shrink wrap then thick brown paper; the result was so strong it was hard to believe it wasn't thick cardboard.

Thank goodness nothing hit or cut the wrapping in shipping. I would suggest boxing booms next time, it would be so worth the extra shipping costto us book collectors.
