Unit dropped and case damaged so bad could not get top cover off with out prying it open. Inside was filthy and looked like it had never been cleaned. Totally disappointed and the only response from vendor was send it back. I kept it and fixed everything that was wrong and bought two complete unit for 60.00 each that were clean and working with 10 pro installed! Wrong part sent due to description issue - brought it up to the sellers attention, same wrong part sent again on reship by mistake. Seller immediately refunded 100% and I did notice the description error on the listing was corrected as well. I sent the parts received back to the seller so he won’t be short handed. We are human.
