    Item received, however the mail man folded the envelope in half to fit it in my mail box, the brass tubes are bent. I am cutting them into smaller pieces, so I can work around it. I would recommend that they are packaged in a BOX, so that item is not damaged. Not completely happy.

    item was delivered in a cardboard envelope very small 3/32 and on up x3 in size very bendable but after explaining an issue about they immediately offered a refund or replacement fortunately it is easy to fix with out any further action . so i got exactly what i needed with no waste and its a good move on their part to offer that. as i stated to them it is preventable and I've done my correct move to let them know before this rating. i think all is well thank you.
