Only the plastic that snap to the lower chair for the postureFit isn't the same as the instruction or the video. You need to snap it from the inside of the back seat. No screws needed.

First chair was perfect. One chair's label was destroyed and was shipped far away by FedEx. Box arrived resealed with a lot of clear packing tape and was roughly handled.
