    I purchased this item April 18. It was delivered three days later on 21 April. Without a doll stand as advertise. The seller promised to send it in two days so I should have received the stand around 25 April. On that date, he told me I had a hectic work week and didn’t have the time so I’ll send it out today or tomorrow which would’ve been sit down on the 27th. I received the item May 3. Thanks.

    As stated in our messages and the listing description, the doll was sold without a stand. It was shipped the same day of purchase, and the omission of the stand was intentional and clearly noted. Despite this, I sent a stand at my own expense as a courtesy and covered postage entirely. I restore dolls as a hobby alongside my full-time profession and always strive to treat buyers with respect and fairness. I fulfilled the terms of the listing and went above and beyond in this case.
