I will never buy inner-outer rubber oil seals again. the outer rubber seal will spin in the brake drum and leak all the oil out all over the brake shoes. Big oily mess. These are rubber inters that rotate on the spindle shaft and the metal outside is pressed in tight in the brake drum. I am very satisfied.
