Somehow the original railings for the bed were too small to accommodate a queen mattress and box spring so this set was purchased. They've been on the bed a few weeks and have had no issues, they haven't even squeaked! The packaging they came in was quite a bit worn and a few parts were bent but luckily it didn't affect the function.
