    Pretty good protection

    Have used these for years, and I’m pretty comfortable with them. The foam insulation around the nose bridge may need to be trimmed carefully with an X-Acto blade to ensure a better fit. Otherwise, they may leak a little and fog up safety glasses. Also, be aware that these have an expiration date. I purchased one bag that was so close to the expiration date but I’m not sure how much protection I got when using acetylene. And check periodically to make sure the rubber flapper valve is working, sometimes these dry out. But overall it’s a good dust and fume (organics) mask that fits comfortably and it’s not too expensive.

    High quality particle mask.

    A well made particle mask. Definitely better quality than the Chinese imports. I find that the filter media is perhaps so good that inhaling is a bit more difficult than the cheaper masks. The built-in exhaust valve helps make exhaling easier and does not unseal the filter to face fit. Due to its much higher quality, it is an overall better value than an imported particle mask.

    Newer design is better

    This 2400 series mask has much better strapping design then two individual strap, common to many masks, that I now find poor for comfort and durability.
