Very well packed with the screws individually bagged by size and well marked. Very nice. Pieces of the house were all protected by plastic and styrofoam sheets and pieces. Excellent job of packing. Instructions were very easy to follow. We didn’t attach the house to the base until the house had been completely assembled because it was easier to build inside and take the two separate components outdoors for final assembly.

It's only included for the larger hutch. Rather than modifying their listing, they just gave me $20 back when I asked if they could honor the images and send me the mesh/accessories. Bad experience with a sub-par seller.
