      I gave a 4 on item because one of the popcorn orbs was cracked…not sure if happened in shopping or was that way before.

      Oh! I'm so sorry you received a cracked popcorn bucket. I wrapped it well in bubble wrap and placed it in a sturdy box to ensure it was delivered safely, but sadly it appears to have been carelessly thrown away during shipping. I have sold several of these products, but this is the first time this has happened and I am upset. I'll send you a message to resolve this issue.
