I contacted the seller and he responded and agreed to send me replacement parts. The parts arrived and we were able to finish the canopy part of the swing. I am so grateful the seller saw my concern and acknowledge it by sending the replacements. Just what we needed and everything is working. The cushions are very nice and the product is as describe.
