Positioning it about right .Now after listening to my music & now after viewing a movie I can say that I am happy with all around sound.Unfortunately I am using my old 5.1 surround speakers and my amped.sub quit working same time my old receiver did .But with the speakers I have with a little 8” sub this receiver has a really clean crisp sound .As for condition I would recommend it.
