    Listed as refractor, not a refractor . High shipping cost for how it was shipped and packaged. Packaging the card in an old dirty top loader. The difference in value of the base to the refractor is significantly different. Sent a card with a value of 2$ in place of a card with the value of 50$. Picture was misleading and show a card in a way that makes it look higher value.
