The copper blades of the spade connector are only 0.002" thickness. They do not make contact. The OEM blades are 0.004" thickness. All of the blades (6) will have to be cut off and replaced with correct blades. Pic 1 shows the new switch mounted on the Z50 I am restoring. You can see the measured thickness on the dial. Picture 2 is a blade on the OEM switch.
