When I opened battery compartment, it was all rusted up. Upon further inspection due to heavy rust, the metal item for battery contact detached. Raised to seller, but seller insist it is brand new. I reached out and was hesitant but I explained the package should have been delivered a few days prior. At this point without hesitation they started to look into it. I will say the car was packaged very well and SCJ kept great communication and made sure things were in progress.
